Alone in a Crowd of People

ALONE IN A CROWD OF PEOPLE is an experimental collage/ dance piece, co-written and performed by students at Renaissance Arts Academy.

"The students and I have worked at exploring the truths inherent in their challenges of growing up" says Ken Roht, who is co-writing, directing and choreographing. Curtis Heard (founding member of Orphean Circus and composer of Last Resort ) has composed string arrangements for a student orchestra who will accompany the action. Marc Jackson is creating dance tracks and will record students talking about their experiences and observations. Chris Grote will be supplying technical assistance with live sound and video. Ren Arts educators are also very involved with the show.
